ESG
Strategy
The EnTerra Group operates a fully integrated ESG strategy across its real estate investment business. Environmental, social and governance considerations are embedded from project inception through active asset management and construction — not applied as a retrospective compliance layer, but as a genuine driver of investment decision-making and value creation.

The Group has published quantified 2030 targets, applies LEED, BREEAM and DGNB certification frameworks to its development projects, and benchmarks portfolio-level ESG performance against GRESB. Through its subsidiary EnTerra Solar Holding GmbH, EnTerra also manages dedicated renewable energy assets that contribute directly to the Group's clean energy production targets.
"Sustainability is fully integrated into all business units of the EnTerra Group. This allows us to present a sustainable added value approach for our investors through innovative project developments, financing solutions, and property management. Environmental, social, and governance issues are integral to EnTerra's business plan."
— Ralph Butters, CEO & Founder, EnTerra Holding GmbH
