EnTerra Solar Italia ha acquistato i diritti per la costruzione di un parco fotovoltaico di 3.5 MW in ItaliaBerlino, 27.12.2010. La EnTerra Solar Italia GmbH con sede in Berlino ha acquistato i diritti per la costruzione di un parco fotovoltaico in Italia. L ́investimento sará fatto nella Regione Campania, la potenza complessiva dell ́impianto è di circa 3.5 MW da realizzare con i moduli TRINA e gli invertitori SMA. La societá che risponsabile della costruzione dell ́impianto in loco sará la MBG Mastbau Gärtner GmbH, altra azienda Berlinese, con grandissima esperienza nel mondo del fotovoltaico, potendo vantare l ́installazione di diversi impianti per la produzione di energia da fonte solare. Il Gruppo EnTerra ha installato in Dicembre due impianti fotovoltaici con una potenza totale di 268 kWp sui tetti della società logistica di Berlino BEHALA – Berliner Hafen – und Lagerhausgesellschaft mbHei. L’impianto produce 253 MWh di energia pulita l’anno. Grazie a ciò si risparmiano all’incirca 224 tonnellate di biossido di carbonio. Mediante la corrente prodotta dall’impianto è possibile alimentare fino a 60 case famigliari. Entrambe le società forniscono un prezioso contributo alla protezione ambientale e climatica. Si impiegano la tecnologia tedesca più all’avanguardia combinata all’opera consolidata di artigiani berlinesi: i moduli fotovoltaici sono moderni « moduli ITS220″ del produttore InnotechSolar ITS München GmbH. Per i lavori di montaggio è stata incaricata la MBG Mastbau Gärtner GmbH di Berlino. La MBG, con una lunga esperienza nella progettazione e costruzione di impianti fotovoltaici, gode della fiducia delle società del Gruppo EnTerra e della BEHALA poiché si propone anche come uno specialista esperto nel settore delle energie rinnovabili. Altri impianti fotovoltaici in progettazione Con gli impianti installati sui tetti della società BEHALA, il Gruppo EnTerra gestisce impianti fotovoltaici con una potenza totale di 500 kWp. Anche per il 2011, la società ha progettato insieme ai suoi partner di collaborazione, la realizzazione di ulteriori progetti fotovoltaici in città. Obbiettivo a medio termine del Gruppo EnTerra è l’installazione di 10.000 kWp di potenza sui tetti di Berlino e in Italia. EnTerra Solar Holding GmbH Completes Photovoltaic Plants on BEHALA-RoofsBerlin, Dec. 21st, 2010 EnTerra Solar Holding GmbH completed two photovoltaic plants, with a total output of 268 kWP, on the roofs of the Berlin logistics company BEHALA – Berliner Hafen- und Lagerhausgesellschaft mbH. The plants will produce 253 MWh of clean electricity per year. This will save some 224 tons of carbon dioxide emission. The EUR 32.5m senior debt financing was completed with ABN AMRO, London. The valuation was completed by Colliers LLP and estimated at EUR 37.7m, with a re-instatement value of EUR 51.1m.
